As I walked to my hotel room with my heavy work bag slung over my left shoulder,
my purse hanging off my left arm and
while pulling my luggage behind me by the extended handle
I thought of the days when luggage didn't have wheels.
How did we manage?
It is amazing that luggage didn't originally start with wheels, it seems so logical.
Why did we have to carry large awkward pieces of luggage in the first place.
I love wheels on luggage.
Now if they would not tip over when you stand them upright.
